Can OCC manufacture a drop-in replacement coil for my specific AHU model?
Yes. Provide the existing coil dimensions, connection sizes, and unit model number, and OCC will engineer an exact replacement. If you have the original drawings, even better. Most standard replacement coils can be delivered within 2–4 weeks.
What fin materials and tube materials are available?
OCC works with aluminium fins, copper fins, and epoxy-coated fins. Tube options include copper (standard), cupro-nickel (marine/aggressive environments), and aluminium. Casings are available in galvanised steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
Do OCC coils carry AHRI performance ratings?
Yes. OCC coils are rated to AHRI Standard 410-2001, the benchmark for forced-circulation air-cooling and air-heating coil performance. This gives you verified data for system design and compliance.
What is the minimum order quantity?
OCC supplies single units for replacement projects as well as high-volume OEM production runs. There is no minimum order quantity for custom or replacement coils.
Can OCC supply coils with special coatings for corrosive environments?
Yes. Electrostatic epoxy coating, phenolic resin coating, and UV-resistant coatings are available for coils deployed in coastal, chemical, or tropical environments.
